To celebrate the online launch this years Pikes magazine, we've put together a recording of Josh Jones interviewing Fatboy Slim at his home in Brighton. As one of the biggest DJs in the world, Norman Cook has seen it all, including a few late nights at Pikes. Tune in to hear more.

In this episode, we celebrate the forthcoming Pikes cocktail book by talking all things booze.

Dawn is joined by former Ibiza Rocks host and current Love Island presenter, Laura Whitmore to reminisce about days gone by and discuss their favourite tipples.  

Following this we hear from the editor of the book, Josh Jones, and the elusive Sunny (of Sunny's karaoke room fame), as they work their way through a room service menu of cocktails in a London hotel.

Finally, Steve Hughes, the mastermind behind the recipes in the book, fills us in on the most ordered drinks at Pikes, and what some of our celebrity guests have requested on their visits.

Join Creative Director of Pikes, Dawn Hindle as she heads to London for a very special collaboration with long time friend of the hotel, Blacks. First up, Dawn sits down with Blacks Head chef, Luke Thomas and Pikes’ very own Lee Milne, to hear all about becoming the UK’s youngest head chef, the ideal breakfast to cure your hangover, and to try to settle the age old debate of skinny vs fat chips.
Following this, Dawn is joined by Richard Turner who is a major player at Hawksmoor as well as being one half of the prestigious Turner and George butcher shop. Tune in to hear Richard talk about moving towards a flexitarian diet (don’t worry he also tells you how to cook the perfect steak), as well as lifting the lid on an exciting new idea which may reach the island soon…

It's January and Dawn takes advantage of the lull between seasons of excess, to speak to some of the more health conscious members of the Pikes family about ways we can each look after our mind, body and soul. Looking forward to the Rockovery retreat which takes place at Pikes in April, we talk fitness with personal trainer and nutritionist, Franky Vincentio, yoga and meditation with Cosmic Kim, as well as hearing about eating better from Pikes Head chef, Lee Milne.
